He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Viola (Wilt) Knox; a daughter, Irene Ringer of Mt. Lake Park; two grandchildren, Cody Boone and Kori Ringer of Mt. Lake Park; a sister, Schrilla Knox of Oakland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center; a niece, Carolyn Wiley; and three nephews, Frank Wiley, David Wiley and Robert Wiley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings; Samuel Knox, Jesse Knox, Frank Knox and Clara Wiley.
