She is survived by two daughters, Judy Ragione and husband Frank of Arnold and Bonnie Zimmerman of Oakland; three sons, Elmer Moreland and wife Jane, Royce Moreland and wife Vonda, and Allen Moreland and wife Kimberly, all of Oakland; one daughter-in-law, Pamela Moreland of Petersburg, WV; one step-son, Roy Moreland, Jr. of Baltimore; twenty-one grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; and many other beloved relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy George Moreland; three sons, Jeffery Earle Moreland, David Reed Moreland and John Joseph Moreland; a brother, Reed Jordan; two sisters, Faye Bolyard and Ruby Merle Blizzard; and a great great granddaughter, Madison.
