He is survived by his wife, Lois (Mousch) Burns; two sons, Matthew Allan Burns and wife Samantha and Bradon Scott Burns, all of Oakland; two daughters, Brittany Lee Burns of Oakland and Tiffany Renee Burns of Bird City, KS; four sisters, Shirley Thayer, Diane Beckman, Rebecca Bittinger and Crystal Gandea, all of Oakland; a brother, John Burns of Terra Alta, WV; and a number of nieces and nephews.
