She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Lawrence D. Hanlin, three children, Debra Gauss and husband Mike of Centerville, MD; Larry Hanlin, Jr. and wife Vicki Sparks of Pasadena, MD; Gary Hanlin and wife Susan of Centreville, MD; a brother, Joe Butts of Garrett Co., three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her step-mother Norma Eileen (Moon) Butts and two brothers, Harry and Richard Butts.
