She is survived by two sons, William Mayhew Sr. and wife Linda of Elk Garden and James Seaman and wife Lisa of Mt. Storm; a daughter, Paula Moats and husband Alfred Sr. of Front Royal, VA; two stepdaughters, Gloria Bombardier of Hopewell, VA and Judy Garrison of Essex, MD; one stepson, Gordan Seaman of Laurel, DE; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; one brother, Charles Welch and wife Florence of Elk Garden; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul W. Seaman in 1993; two brothers, Elmer and Melvin Welch; four sisters, Clara Welch, Genevieve Welch, Mildred Whitacre and Judy Weese; and a stepdaughter, Joan McNight.
