He is survived by his wife Clellie M. (Cosner) Paugh; a son, Harry C. Paugh; a daughter, Cheryl L. Shillingburg; stepsons, Irwin T. VanMeter, George A. VanMeter, Keith H. VanMeter, and Delbert L. VanMeter; stepdaughters, Beverly L. Hipp, Victoria L. Likin, June M. Welding and Sharon L. Flesher; a brother, Bernard L. “Wrang” Paugh; sisters, Betty L. Miller and Gladys F. “Susie” Tichinel; and a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Karen J. Jeffery; brothers, Francis Carl “Jim” Paugh and Kenneth Paugh; and a sister, Ethel Bonner.
