In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 34 years, Patricia E. (Bresser) Belowsky; a son, James P. Belowsky, Jr. and wife Debi; a grandson, Ryan J. Belowsky; a granddaughter, Kaitlin Belowsky; two brothers, Frederick Jr. and Robert Belowsky; and one sister, Lillian “Cookie” Starkey.
