Obituary of Michael L. Tasker

Michael L. Tasker, 40, of Elk Garden, WV died on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Potomac Valley Hospital in Keyser, WV.  He was born on April 4, 1973 in Buffalo, NY, the son of Daniel R. and Betty J. (Cosner) Tasker of Elk Garden.  He worked in construction. When he wasn’t riding his motorcycle he loved fishing and hunting and could also spend hours playing on his PlayStation.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, David Tasker; two nieces, Jennifer and Brookelyn; two great nieces, Ashleigh and Jocelyn; aunts and uncles, Mary Virts and husband June, Bonnie Michaels, Richard Cosner and wife Sue, Norman Cosner and wife Mary, Robert Cosner, Joe Cosner and wife Alice, Steve Tasker and wife Kelly and Dave Tasker; his girlfriend, Barbara Parish; his cat, Chunky; and numerous cousins. Friends will be received at the BURDOCK-FREDLOCK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 710 Church St., Kitzmiller on Friday, June 14th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 15th at 2 PM in the Elk Garden Church of God with Pastor Byron Mayberry officiating.  Interment will follow in Kalbaugh Cemetery. www.burdockfredlockfh.com .
