He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Constance Marie (Morgan) Seaman of Cumberland; two daughters, Victoria Lynn Bowie of Prince Frederick and Samantha Ann Uphold of Eglon, WV; two sons, Warren Edward Philyaw of LaPlata and David Luther Philyaw of Gorman; eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis.
