She is survived by her partner, David Sines; children, Ed Bowman and wife Tammy of Oakland, Renee Liller and husband Jeff of Oakland, Beth Sliger and husband Bert of Friendsville, and Scott Bowman and wife Valerie of Gerrardstown, WV; grandchildren, Justin Ellifritz and wife Michelle, Tiffany Sliger, Ryan Ellifritz, Ethan Bowman, Destiny Bowman and Rubie Sliger; great grandchildren, Waylon Sliger, Jada Sliger and Brookelyn Ellifritz; and siblings, Robert Shaffer and wife Wilma, Bennie Shaffer and wife Kay, Barbara Fike and husband Phillip and Mickie Elliott and partner Charles Knotts. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by infant twin sons, Bruce and Brian Bowman; and brothers, Walter Shaffer and wife Kate and Lonnie Shaffer and wife Josephine.
