He is survived by his wife, Loretta (Bowser) Harvey; children, Charles Harvey and wife Joan, Paul Harvey and wife Amy and Debbie Beckman; grandchildren, Stacey Jeffries, Robert Beckman, Brison Harvey, Sara Harvey, Jaiden Harvey and Regan Harvey; great grandchildren, Logan, Dalton and Branson Jeffries; son in law, Dan Beckman; brothers and sisters, Jessie and Ray Swadley, Ruthie and Leroy Divel, Roger and Frances Harvey, Charlotte and Craig Sauder, Martin and Dracella Harvey, Arcie and Fannie Harvey, Bill and Pearl Harvey, Janie and Glen Smith, Wilma Leach and Naomi Sipos; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Robert Harvey; a sister, Linda Silver; and a brother, Freddie Wayne Harvey.
