He is survived by two daughters, Stephenia Carr and husband Joshua and Crystal Heise and husband Abraham; three grandchildren, Kaiden Carr, Elleyana and Izaiah Heise; his fiancee, Helen Sponaugle; two sisters, Joan Kitzmiller and husband Brian and Kimberly Cosner and husband Allen; and two nephews, Eric Kitzmiller and Adam Cosner and wife Amanda.
