She is survived by her son, David Brantner of Walterboro, SC; grandson, David Allen Brantner of New Martinsville, WV; granddaughter, Kathleen Brantner of Columbia, SC; and six sisters, Betty Jeirles of Lock Haven, PA, Beatrice Hoffman of St. Petersburgh, FL, Edith Hayes of New Castle, DE, Major Ruby Zanders of Surfside Beach, SC, Della Michaels and Phyllis Raymer, both of Pinellas Park, FL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David M. Brantner, Sr., in 2002 and nine siblings.
