He is survived by his children, Michael Paugh of Kitzmiller, Sandra Poore of Martinsburg, WV, Donna Sisler of Oakland and Bonnie Schrier of Kitzmiller; seventeen grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; and nine great great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie (Evans) Paugh; a daughter, Peggy Paugh; and eleven brothers and sisters. Carl was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
