She is survived by her husband of 34 years, George Truett Rogers; two daughters, Juliette D. West and husband Willis “Bud”, and Jonquil D. Ogden of Morgantown, WV; two grandsons, Jobey West of Luke Air Force Base, Phoenix, AZ, and Sam West of Morgantown, WV; a brother, Douglas R. MacArthur of Ellensburg, WA; stepchildren, Paula Y. Vogelsberg, Gary B. Rogers, and Greg D. Rogers, all of Colorado; four step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Dale A. MacArthur and Darrell MacArthur.
