He is survived by his children, Mitchell Lynn Rohrbaugh of Seaford, DE, Gary Wayne Henline and wife Jennifer of Waynesboro, VA and Janet Sue Willey of Seaford DE; five grandchildren, Anthony Rohrbaugh, Christopher Rohrbaugh, Jamie Stang, Emily Henline and Jenna Henline; one great grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Frances Ruth Henline, on December 17, 2013 and a son, Terry William Rohrbaugh.
