He is survived by a daughter, Ann Elaine Sweitzer and husband Melvin of Swanton; a son, Larry C. Miller of Laurel; grandchildren, Barry E. Sweitzer and wife Mary-jo, Scott Sweitzer and wife Robin, Logan Miller and Lindsey Miller; and great grandchildren, Seth and Alexis Bagley, Carson and Mauriana Sweitzer, and Karly, Kara and Kate Sweitzer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Alice “Irene” (DeWitt) Miller, in 2001; five brothers, Melvin, Gordon, Reed, Cecil and Carroll Miller; and one sister, Kathleen (Miller) Sutphin.
