Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM at Burdock-Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 North Second Street, Oakland, MD. The funeral will be held 12:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. Clifford Schell officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Storm Cemetery with military honors.
