I worked with and for Joe Wingo at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Both Joe and Hazel were beautiful, sincere and loving people. Just thinking of them brings back fond memories. May they both rest in peace and be reunited in God's Heavenly Home. God bless the family for their great loss.
