Roger Lee Strawser, 69, of Oakland died on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at the Garrett County Memorial Hospital. Born on August 9, 1944 in Oakland, he was the son of the late Alvin and Goldie (Smith) Strawser. He leaves behind a number of family members and friends.
