He is survived by his brother, Albert Paugh of Elk Garden; special nephew, Richard Harrison of Elk Garden; sister, Linda L. Koontz of Littlestown, PA; nieces and nephews, Anna McRobie and husband Dale of Elk Garden, Debbie Smith of Keyser, Swisher V. Smith, Jr. and wife Brenda of Keyser, Lisa Kay Paugh of Baltimore, Stephanie Ann Paugh of Elk Garden, Christina Y. Paugh of Keyser, Georgeann Wolfe of Littlestown, PA, Tammy Sue Koontz of VA, Donald Koontz, Jr. of PA and Tommy Paugh of PA; and a number of great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Alvin Beryl Paugh; a sister, Mary C. Paugh Smith; and a great-nephew, Stephen E. Miller.
