She is survived by three children, David William Paugh, Jr. and wife Cheryl of Oakland, Vickie Rice and husband Ed of Fayetteville, NC and Barbara Jean Perando and husband Ron of Oakland; six grandchildren, Jason Paugh, Julie McDowall, Brian Rice, Josh Perando, Sheri Hershman and Michael Paugh; eleven great grandchildren; and two sisters, Janet Monogold and Colleen Whitacre, both of Akron, OH. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David William Paugh, Sr., in 2012; a daughter, Judy Ann Paugh; a grandson, Matthew Paugh; a brother, Bill Evans; and a sister, Sherry Whitacre.
