He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Joan Ann (Kegley) Rounds; two sons, Rusty Rounds and wife Rachael and Robert Rounds and wife Tonya, all of Oakland; three grandsons, Keith, Seth and Devon Rounds; three step-grandchildren, Terry, Courtney and Julie LaRue; a sister, Annabelle Wilcox and husband Tom of Luke; and a sister in law, Zelma Neary of Mt. Lake Park and her family, including a special niece, Elizabeth Goldsborough. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Rounds and two sisters, Dorothy Rounds and Genevieve Bowman.
