He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Opal L. (Paugh) Michaels; a daughter, Brenda L. Michaels of Mtn. Lake Park; grandchildren, Kristi A. Rhodes and husband John of Loch Lynn and Chad Few of Mtn. Lake Park; great-grandchildren, Keyara Rhodes, Kyle Rhodes, Alayna Rhodes and Scarlette Lloyd; two sisters, Sandra Kisner and husband Roger and Linda Griffin and husband John; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, William, Jack and John Michaels; and five sisters, Glendine McCrobie, Maxine McCrobie, Arveta McCrum, Jean Friend and Mary Mallow.
