He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Nancy K. (Kemmerer) Learey; a daughter, Chloe Learey of Vermont; a son, Frederick Learey of Allentown, PA; four grandchildren, Anna, Isabel, Cayden and Grace; and a brother, Richard Learey and wife Susie of Venice, FL.
