He is survived by his wife, Margaret Pratt of Idaho; two children, Frances Nickels and Joseph Pratt, both of Idaho; one grandson, Andy Nickels of Idaho; two great grandchildren; a sister, Helen Brown of Bunker Hill, WV; and nephews, Jimmy, George, David, Bobby and Mike Jewell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Elizabeth Pratt and Mrs. Millie Jewell.
