He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Wilda Mae (Brown) Helmick; two sons, Bruce E. Helmick and wife Debbie of Pasadena, MD and Joey Helmick of Mtn. Lake Park; three grandchildren, Courtney Helmick, Troy Stanley and Trevor Stanley; three great grandchildren, Adrian, Jonas and Ella; a sister, Shirley Kent and husband Emory of Gormania, WV; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Calvin Paugh, Bill Helmick and Chuck Helmick and two sisters, Frances Kitzmiller and Mary Haupt.
