She is survived by three daughters, Carol Lynn Welch of Michigan, Margaret Ann Welch-Kroll of Oakland and Rebecca Jane Welch of Hagerstown; six grandchildren, Brittany Nicole Smith, Stephen Christopher Plaskey, Ryan Andrew Kroll, Alex Michael Plaskey, Trevor Royce Kroll and Dakota Roy Lambert; a great grandson, Jaxson Isaiah Cole Smith; and former sons in law, Robert Plaskey, Gary Kroll, Bobby Smith and Shayne Lambert. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Bert Welch, in 1985.
