i have a son with a disability. there are very special gifts from god. god gave us these special children because he knew we would give them wonderful care and unconditional love. they always make you laugh. they are so proud of the medals for special olympic. they have not hate just love. may god bless phillip and his family during your loss, noone will ever replace.fly high with the angels phillip. we will keep you in our prayers and thoughts. i saw this jon facebook and it really touched my heart. god bless.

So sorry for your loss. I've worked at Appalachian crossroads for 30 years and Phillip was someone I saw and knew for many years. I will miss seeing that face. We have been blessed to know Phillip.
