He is survived by three daughters, Maria Diane Paugh of Winchester, VA, Khristine Lynn Frazee of Oakland and Susan Lucas of Kitzmiller; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Goldie Diane Paugh, in December of 2015; a son, David Lee Paugh; and his siblings. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
