He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 62 years, Opal V. (Shields) Myers; his children, Angela Stevens and husband Richard of Oakland, Jerry Myers and wife Jeannie of Oakland and Michael Myers and wife Sue of Aurora; grandchildren, Bethany and Victoria Stevens, Hannah Myers-Shirer, Ben, Cody, Tanner and Sammy Myers, Linda Mayle, Melissa and Tom Jones; great grandchildren, Elliott, Jacob and Dawson; a brother, John Myers and wife Barbara of Morgantown, WV; a sister, Peggy Myers of Aurora; and numerous nieces and nephews.
