Tommy is survived by his bride of 40 years, Susan C. (Boger) Hinton; a son, David Hinton and wife Natalie of Westminster; a daughter, Sarah DeValk and husband Matthew of Cumberland; grandchildren, Tristen, Joseph, Arabella, Tatianna and Gideon DeValk; his mother, Frances Hinton of Maysville; his dog, Gus and granddogs, Alice and Shiner. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Hinton, Sr.
