He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Hildegarde Pollard; his son, Walter Pollard, IV and wife Connie of Arlington, VA; his daughter, Tacy Myers and husband Sammy of Clear Spring; his grandchildren, Lydia Myers, Bradley Pollard and Max Pollard; and a sister-in-law, Frances Pollard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas Pollard and a sister, Billie Pollard.
