He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Jill (Harvey) Ravenscroft; two children, Nikki Hayhurst and husband Jeremy of Fairmont, WV and TJ Ravenscroft and wife Missy (Ray) of Oakland; step children Missy Owens, Jamie Streets and Brandon Streets; seven grandchildren; brothers, Roy, Virgil, Bobby, Ray, Jimmy and Kenny Ravenscroft; sisters, Mary, Joyce, Barbara and Connie; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Owen was preceded in death by those who lovingly raised him, James, Sr. and Anna Matthews.
