Kenneth is survived by his wife, Robin Gay (Dooley) Niner; his father, Oliver F. Niner of Oakland; two step-sons, Jeremy Henry and wife Sarah and Simeon Reid of Oakland; his siblings, Roger Niner and wife Darla of Oakland, Marilynn Echols and husband Paul of Florida, Helen Stephens and husband Mike of Oakland; an aunt, Leota Warnick of Oakland; his best friend, who was like a brother, Greg Shockey; a cousin and hunting buddy, Clifford Warnick. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by two brothers, David and Richard Niner.
