She is survived by her son Fred and wife Dawn Downey of Harvey De Grace, daughter Cheryl Hill of Barton and son Brett and wife Casey of LaVale; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; her sister Jean Devlin of Cumberland; and, as well, she had a special relationship with her grandson Hunter Downey and his mother Beth Downey of Cresaptown. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Fred V. Downey and brothers, Bobby and Bill Angle.
