She is survived by two brothers, William S. Reynolds, Sr. and David Reynolds, both of TN; a sister, Wanda Elgazawy of VA; two stepsons, Terry J. Otto and Russell G. Otto; four step grandchildren; a sister in law, Peggy Lambert and husband Ellsworth; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Fredrick Otto, Jr., in 2005; an infant son, Michael W. Otto; and a son, Stewart Arnold Otto, on September 3, 2016.
